ABSTRAK

Kemuning (Murraya paniculata) dapat digunakan sebagai obat tradisional. Banyak penelitian mengenai fitofarmakologi kemuning tapi tidak pada penelitian mengenai budidaya. Penelitian dilaksanakan sejak Oktober 2011 sampai Maret 2012 di Gunung Batu, Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi komposisi media dan aplikasi fertigasi dengan pupuk organik terhadap kandungan bioaktif daun kemuning. Penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitatif fitokimia pada daun kemuning. Perlakuan yang diberikan komposisi media tanah latosol Darmaga + arang sekam padi (1:1) v/v tanpa fertigasi; komposisi media tanah latosol Darmaga + arang sekam padi + pupuk kandang kambing (1:1:1) v/v dan aplikasi fertigasi dengan kotoran kambing; komposisi media dengan tanah latosol Darmaga + arang sekam padi + pupuk kandang kambing (1:1:1) v/v dan aplikasi fertigasi dengan pupuk kandang kotoran ayam; komposisi media tanah latosol Darmaga + arang sekam padi + kotoran ayam (1:1:1 ) v/v dan aplikasi fertigasi dengan kotoran kambing; komposisi media tanah latosol Darmaga + arang sekam padi + kotoran ayam (1:1:1) v/v dan aplikasi fertigasi dengan pupuk kandang ayam. Konsentrasi yang digunakan untuk fertigasi yaitu satu kg pupuk organik per lima liter air, dengan dosis 60 ml per tanaman, dan diaplikasikan setiap dua minggu. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis kualitatif fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa daun kemuning mengandung steroid yang paling tinggi, dan diikuti saponin, flavonoid, tanin, dan alkaloid pada perlakuan media campuran kotoran kambing dan fertigasikotoran ayam serta perlakuan tanpa pemupukan.

ABSTRACT

Orange jessamine (Murraya paniculata) can be used as traditional medicine. Many researchs of the M. paniculata phytopharmacology were conducted but not focused on cultivation. This research took place at Gunung Batu, Bogor since October 2011 to March 2012. The objective of this research was aimed to find the influence of combination of media composition and fertigation application with organic fertilizer to the bioactive contained of M. paniculata. The experiment used the phytochemical qualitative analysis of M. paniculata leaf. The tested treatments were media Darmaga latosol soil:rice husk charcoal (1:1) v/v; media composition with Darmaga latosol soil + rice husk charcoal + goat manure (1:1:1) v/v and fertigation application with goat manure; media composition with Darmaga latosol soil + rice husk charcoal + goat manure (1:1:1) v/v and fertigation application with chicken manure; media composition with Darmaga latosol soil + rice husk charcoal + chicken manure (1:1:1) v/v and fertigation aplication with goat manure; media composition with Darmaga latosol soil + rice husk charcoal + chicken manure (1:1:1) v/v and fertigation application with chicken manure. The consentrate of the organic fertigation was one kg organic fertigation per five liter water, with dossage 60 ml per plant, and applicated every two weeks. The result showed that leaf of M. paniculata contained most in steroid, and then followed saponin, flavonoid, tanin, and alkaloid respectively of media composition treatment of goat manure with chicken manure fertigation and treatment without.
